Nominees Selected for Chapter and Group Elections Every year the Ventana Chapter elects members to the Chapter and Group Executive Committees, replacing those whose terms have expired. Typically we have three openings, or a third of the committee membership, so that we have both continuity with the past and new ideas and energy for the future. The process began this spring as the Nominating Committees for both Chapter and Group began the candidate search. We are happy to report that the following members have agreed to run for the Chapter and Group Executive Committees: > Chapter Executive Committee: D'Anne Albers, Gudrun Beck, Larry Espinosa, and Dennis Kasunich. > Group Executive Committee: Marilyn Fravel, Kevin Collins, and Kelly Hildner. Our thanks to these members for their willingness to devote their time to chapter needs. Any Chapter or Group member wishing to run for Executive Committee may do so by petitioning. Forms are available at both chapter and group offices. All petitions and candidate statements must be returned to the Ventana Chapter Secretary by September 27.
